PerfectDraft Birra Del Borgo Lisa 6L Keg

Birra del Borgo have a penchant for being original, doing things differently, and experimenting across ingredients and styles. LISA is just such a beer. To all intents and purposes it’s a lager; it’s wonderfully carbed, lightly fizzy on the tongue, and has a beautiful golden colour. However, it also carries some ale characteristics: a hoppy aroma with lovely floral background notes, the flavour is light, citrusy and ever so slightly spicy. With something for everyone, this is a very sessionable and pleasurable beer. Simple things, done perfectly.
