During this time, you may have noticed slower response times or brief interruptions. Our service has been back up and running since 11:00am on 6th May, although replies may still take a little longer than usual while everything settles.
A small number of messages sent between 6:30pm and 9:00pm on 5th May may not have reached us. If you contacted us during this time, please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If you haven’t heard back after that, we recommend sending your message again so we can pick it up.
To help us respond as quickly as possible, it’s best to avoid sending the same request more than once.
