Contest Rules 

1. Organizer 

This contest (hereinafter the “Contest”) is organized by PerfectDraft Europe S.A.S. (trade name: PERFECTDRAFT), a simplified joint-stock company registered with the RCS of Lille under number 497 634 030, with its registered office at 5001, 1 place de la Gare, 59800 Lille, France (hereinafter the “Organizer”).   

The terms and conditions of participation in the Contest and the selection of the winner are described in these rules (the “Rules”).   

2. Eligibility 

The Contest is open to any person aged 18 or over residing in Belgium, excluding employees of the Organizer and their family members, as well as any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the organization or promotion of the Contest.   

Participation is limited to one entry per person (same last name, first name, postal address, and email address) and per household.   

Participation is strictly personal and may not take place under a pseudonym, using multiple email addresses, or via an account opened on behalf of another person. Any person who does not meet the participation conditions will be excluded from the Contest and will not be entitled to a prize.   

3. How to Participate 

To participate, individuals must complete the questionnaire included in the email received following an order in order to leave a review, during the Contest Period. 

Any incomplete, illegible, or late entry will not be taken into account.   

4. Contest Period

The Contest runs from 25 February 2026 until 31 December 2026 inclusive (the “Contest Period”).

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw at the beginning of each month and will receive:

• €50 in loyalty points credited to their account.

The prize is personal and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The random draw will take place at the beginning of each month, starting in April 2026 and continuing until the end of the Contest, from among all valid entries, using the application: https://miniwebtool.com/random-picker/.

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of participation, and the points will be automatically credited to the PerfectDraft account associated with that address.

7. Personal Data

Information collected in connection with the Contest is used exclusively for managing the Contest and contacting the winner, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Belgian data protection legislation.

8. Liability 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, without incurring liability.   

9. Acceptance of the Rules 

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules. 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Rules are governed by Belgian law. 

Any dispute relating to the application or interpretation of these Rules shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts. 

In the event of any discrepancy between these Rules and any promotional materials, these Rules shall prevail.  

The parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
