• What delivery methods are available?
  For orders in Belgium, you can choose between DHL and Chronopost. For orders over €100, delivery fees are free (see conditions).
  If no promotion is currently active:
  - Belgium with DHL: up to 3 kegs €5.90; 3 to 6 kegs €11.90; 6 kegs or more €17.90... (increasing with quantity)
  - Chronopost Belgium: up to 3 kegs €6.50
• What payment methods are accepted?
  We accept all one-time payments by credit card and PayPal. We do not accept payments via bank transfer, cash order, or administrative order. If your payment is declined:
  - the issue may be with your bank, but please note we do not have access to the reason due to confidentiality. We recommend contacting your bank directly.
  - or you may not have saved your address details in the 'address book' section under 'my account'.
• What are the referral conditions?
  The Referrer: The Referrer will receive a €15 credit (equivalent to 750 points) on their loyalty account. An email will be sent to the Referrer, if they have agreed to receive newsletters, once the Referee's order is validated and paid, and after the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, provided the Referee meets the referral program conditions outlined in article 4. The program can be combined with other PerfectDraft promotional offers. The referral program is limited to 4 referrals per person per month.
  The Referee: The Referee will receive an immediate €20 discount on the draft beer machine pack once the referral code is validated in the cart. Only one referral code can be used per order. The discount applies to the sale price of the draft pack at the time of ordering and cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional codes.
• How do I return an empty keg?
  Return an empty keg and receive €5 credited directly to your wallet! At PerfectDraft, we're serious about fighting waste! That includes recycling your empty kegs (only 6L PerfectDraft kegs such as Leffe, Stella, Corona, Kwak, etc.). Once they leave your home, your kegs still have a bright future ahead: they’re returnable, collected, cleaned, and refilled—again and again. Help us give them a second life by dropping them off at a collection point! Pssst: If that’s not convincing enough, we’ll credit you €5 per returned keg. Pretty persuasive, right?
