• PRIZE – Win a Bar for your home plus PerfectDraft Pro machine and 5 BrewDog kegs
• BrewDog PLC, (Company Number SC311560), Registered Office at BrewDog, Balmacassie Commercial Park, Ellon, AB41 8BX (“BrewDog” or “the Promoter”) are offering one prize of a home bar to be built in your garden or your home plus a PerfectDraft Pro Machine and 5 PerfectDraft kegs of BrewDog beer

Rules of Entry:

• Entrants must purchase any Keg from the BrewDog keg range on the PerfectDraft Website within the Promotional Period
• All entrants must be 18 years of age or older and resident in the United Kingdom
• All entrants must either own their home, or have written confirmation from their landlord permitting the construction of the home bar.
• BrewDog and their agency Paragon will work to the space in your garden or home to create your bar with a maximum spend of £5,000; the bar will be designed at the discretion of BrewDog and Paragon, although the winner’s reasonable requests or suggestions may be taken into account.
• BrewDog and Paragon may alter the design or scope of the bar at any point during the design and construction process if matters or circumstances come to light which necessitate such alteration.
• BrewDog and Paragon shall accept no liability whatsoever in relation to any local authority building restrictions, planning permission, or other law or regulation which may restrict or otherwise affect the construction of the bar in the winners’ garden or home.
• The winner must check and confirm that no building restrictions will prevent the construction of the bar in the winner’s garden or home.
• The bar cannot be constructed on any common property and the area identified for the construction of the bar must be the winner’s exclusive property.
• Winners will be chosen at random by an independent operator
• By entering into the competition, you agree that BrewDog and PerfectDraft can contact you regarding this competition either through email or telephone, and that BrewDog & Perfect Draft can publicly announce that you have won through their official social media channels.
• Entries will only be accepted between 27.07.2023 00.01 and 24.08.2023 23.59 (the “Promotional Period”)
• One entry per purchase
• Multiple entries are allowed across the length of the campaign
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other payment or reward other than as set out in these Terms
• BrewDog and PerfectDraft reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time prior to the end of the Promotional Period
