CH’TI Blonde by Brasserie Castelain is a traditional French bière de garde, first brewed in 1979 in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. Crafted by the family-run Brasserie Castelain, this blonde beer reflects the rich brewing heritage of northern France. With an alcohol content of 6.8%, CH’TI Blonde is characterized by its golden, clear appearance and a balanced flavor profile that combines subtle floral aromas, hints of cereal and honey, and a gentle bitterness. The finish is smooth with delicate notes reminiscent of almond paste.

Brewed with carefully selected malts and a blend of four distinctive hop varieties, the beer undergoes a slow maturation process in the brewery’s cellars. This extended aging enhances its natural effervescence and refines its aromatic complexity.
