• What is the last date to place an order for Father's Day delivery?
  To ensure Father's Day delivery, please order before 6pm Thursday 12th June for UK mainland delivery. Please check our shipping information page, as delivery can vary dependant on your location. We will also communicate the delivery cut off in our emails to you. Please order early to ensure timely arrival! If you’ve missed our cut off, you can visit one of our community stores. Find your nearest store here. Please note we cannot guarantee stock availability at these stores.
• How can I track my order?
  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order with our chosen courier, Yodel.
• Can I return or exchange a beer gift if it's not suitable?
  If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, and you will need to provide proof of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items, unless there is a fault or quality issue with the product. Find our returns policy here.
• What is a PerfectDraft machine?
  A PerfectDraft machine is a home beer dispenser that allows you to pour the perfect pint of your favourite beer in the comfort of your own home. It uses 6-litre kegs of beer that are specifically designed for use with the machine.
• How do I set up my PerfectDraft machine?
  Setting up your PerfectDraft machine is easy. Simply plug it in, insert the keg of your choice into the machine, and wait for it to cool down. Once the machine is cooled, you're ready to pour your first pint of beer!
• How long does it take for the machine to cool down?
  It takes approximately 10 hours for the machine to cool down from room temperature. We recommend that you allow plenty of time for the machine to cool down before your first use.
• How long will the beer stay fresh in the keg?
  The beer in the keg will stay fresh for up to 30 days after the keg is opened, as long as it is stored in a cool place (between 3°C and 6°C). This means that you can enjoy fresh beer at home for weeks without having to worry about it going stale.
• Can I use different types of beer with the machine?
  Yes! PerfectDraft has a wide range of beers available in 6-litre kegs, including popular brands such as Stella Artois, Leffe, and Hoegaarden. You can choose the beer that you love the most and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home.
• Are PerfectDraft machines covered with a warranty?
  As a PerfectDraft machine owner, you can rest assured that your investment is protected by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
• How do I set up a new keg in my machine?
  Step 1: Prepare the PerfectDraft Machine Before inserting the keg, make sure that your PerfectDraft machine is plugged in and turned on. It is recommended to let the machine cool for at least 3 hours before use. This will ensure that the beer is served at the correct temperature. Step 2: Remove the Drip Tray The drip tray is the plastic tray that sits at the base of the machine. To remove it, simply lift it up and pull it towards you. This will allow you to access the keg cabinet. Step 3: Remove the Protective Cap The PerfectDraft keg comes with a protective cap on the top. This cap needs to be removed before inserting the keg. Simply lift the cap off and set it aside. Step 4: Insert the Keg With the protective cap removed, you can now insert the keg into the machine. First, insert the plastic tube from the top of the keg, into the tap unit. Then, take the tap unit and push it down on top of the keg until it clicks into place. You should hear two clicks when the keg is securely in place. Step 5: Reattach the Drip Tray Once the keg is in place, you can reattach the drip tray. Simply slide the tray back into place in front of the machine. Step 6: Let the Keg Chill After inserting the keg, it is important to let it chill for at least 10 hours before use. This will allow the beer to reach the correct temperature and will ensure that it is served at its best. Step 7: Enjoy Your Beer Once the keg has chilled, you can start enjoying your beer. Simply pull the tap handle forward and wait for the beer to start flowing. Make sure to pour the beer into a clean, cold glass for the best taste.
• How do I return a keg?
  We can pick up your kegs. Or you can drop them off. We have partnered with over 500 stores who can process your keg return in-store and/or have over 7,000 drop-off points to collect via Yodel. We reuse every keg you send back to us. It's cleaned and refilled with more beer. The best bit? You receive £5 of Beer Tokens on every keg you send back to use on your next purchase. Hurrah!
