Premier League Ticket give-away Terms & Conditions

By entering the Promotion you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) and that you consent to the processing of any personal details you submit by Beer Hawk Limited in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

1. The promoter is: Beer Hawk Limited whose registered office is at Bureau, Fetter Lane, London, England, EC4A 1EN (“Beer Hawk”).
2. The competition is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Participation in the competition is free. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition and no fee shall be paid to enter.
4. By entering your details and participating to this competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and to your data being processed according to Beer Hawk’s Privacy Policy

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person per football match.
7. Closing date for entry will be 23:59 on 20/02/22. The winner will receive two tickets for the football match for which they have entered the competition.
8. Rules of the competition and how to enter: sign up to the competition via the form available here, specifying
   1. Your name, last name, email address.
   2. your favourite football team
9. The available prizes are the following:
   1. 2 tickets in the HOME end for Manchester United vs Watford, on 26th February 2022 at 15:00h
10. The prizes is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
11. One winner will be selected at random via a software for each football match listed under art. 9 above, from all entries received for the relevant football match and verified by Beer Hawk by 23:59 on Sunday 20th February 2022. The winner will receive two tickets for the football match for which they have entered the competition.
12. The winner will be notified by email on the email address entered in the form on 21/02/22. If the winner does not reply to Beer Hawk by 22:00h on 21/02/2022, we reserve right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
13. Beer Hawk shall not bear any responsibility for incorrect email addresses entered by participants nor for unmonitored email accounts. Beer Hawk shall not be responsible for the cancellation of the football match by the organizers, for any reason, and cash alternatives will not be provided.
14. Beer Hawk’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
15. Beer Hawk reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a force majeure event, such as catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. We will take all reasonable efforts in order to communicate any changes to the competition to the participants.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. Any personal data relating to the participants and/or the winners will be used solely in accordance with Beer Hawk’s Privacy Policy.and will only be disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the prize. By sharing their personal data when entering the competition, the winners agree to these terms.
