By entering the Promotion you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) and that you consent to the processing of any personal details you submit by Beer Hawk in accordance with its Privacy Policy: https://www.beerhawk.co.uk/privacy-policy.

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over as of their date of entry, except employees of the Promoter, its agents, their families and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.

          • If you are designated as a winner, send us your working coffee machine (the “Product”) as a trade in product.

• • • • • • The Prize consists of 50 x 1 PerfectDraft Pro Hawkstone Bundle (One PerfectDraft Pro machine, 1 Hawkstone Keg, 2 Hawkstone glasses).

• • • • • • The Prize is as stated, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

• • • • • • Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the Winners. 
            
            

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 5. Winner announcement/ Prize claim:

• • • • • • There will be 50 Winners in total.

• • • • • • The Winners of the Prize will be 50 entrants selected via a draw at random among all participants. (This excludes the first 100 participants who already won the prize from the previous prize draw. Those previous 100 winners will be contacted via the email provided within 5-10 working days after the end of the promotion.) The 50 new winners selected at random, will be contacted via the email provided within 5-10 working days of submitting an eligible entry.

• • • • • • The Winners of the Prize must respond within two (2) business days of being notified by the Promoter and confirm that they will send the Product back to PerfectDraft (via Yodel or Collect+) within 10 days after being notified. If the Winner does not respond within such timeframe, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 

• • • • • • If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.

By participating in the Promotion you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the Promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.

• • • • • • By entering the Promotion, you consent that, should you be the winner, the Promoter or any of its affiliates can publish your name, town of residence and face and/or likeness in any sites administered by the Promoter or any of its affiliates. Winner may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

• • • • • • The Promoter reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the Prize (or any element of it) become unavailable for any reason.

• • • • • • In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of the Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

• • • • • • The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the Winners, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required or refuse to award a prize or to withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse participation in the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or has won using fraudulent means.

• • • • • • By entering the Promotion, you agree to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of the Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

• • • • • • The transfer of ownership of the Product from you to us will only occur once we have sent the Prize to you. Until then, you will remain the legal owner of the Product. By taking part to the promotion, you are stating that you are the legal owner of the Product you are submitting the offer for.

• • • • • • Once you have been selected among the Participants, you shall provide us the information we need to confirm that we can offer for the trade-in of your Product, based on your declarations regarding the Product’s conditions, through our Website or our Customer Service, or other platforms that we might use. The information collection process works as follows:

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. You will be asked to enter the model and serial number of your Product and to confirm that you are and have been the sole and exclusive legal owner of the Product.
               2. You will then be asked some questions regarding the condition of your Product.
               3. You will be asked to provide your email address and collection address for us to organise the collection of your trade in product. This is needed because we will need to have the Product shipped to us and/or to our partners.
               4. We will use the answers you provide to determine if your machine is eligible for trade in for the the Prize.

• • • • • • By accepting this Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to trade-in your Product to us in exchange for the Prize. Please note that any obligation we may have to deliver the Prize is conditional upon the Product conforming to the description you gave us.

• • • • • • By providing the abovementioned information to our Customer Service or by any other mean, you confirm that:

               2. The Product you are willing to trade-in for the Prize is in your lawful possession and you are its legal owner.
               3. You are willing to trade-in the Product to us for the Prize.
               4. You understand, accept, and agree that we will only provide the Prize and that no other proposed offers or valuations by any other method or source will apply. No cash alternatives are available.
               5. The Product is safe to use, its power supply is functioning, and the Product as a whole is suitable for shipping. The packaging you will use for the Product can be handled and transported safely and is not dangerous.

• • • • • • We reserve the right not to proceed with the collection of the Product, at our own discretion. Should this be the case, this will be communicated to you in a separate e-mail, which will state the reasons behind our choice.
