1. Eligibility:
   1. This Promotion is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over as of their date of entry, except employees of the Promoter, its agents, their families and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion. 
2. How to enter:
   1. Participants must sign up on the Typeform which is sent via email, between 25th July and 7th August 2023 to receive through the email given in the Typeform the unique PerfectDraft Fantasy League code which will allow them to enter into the PerfectDraft Fantasy League (the “League”) on the official Fantasy Premier League website (https://fantasy.premierleague.com/). The Participant must create an account on the PerfectDraft app. The Participant must also create an account on the Fantasy Premier League website, accept their terms and conditions and privacy policy to then enter the PerfectDraft Fantasy League by entering the unique code provided over email. If you have done all of the above you will then automatically be considered as a Participant and will get a chance to win the Prize for just participating in the League. If you have not signed up with the initial Typeform with PerfectDraft and met all of the hereinabove criteria, you will not be eligible for prizes or rewards.
   2. Purchase is not necessary. Only one entry per person. People with multiple entries will be disqualified.
   3. The Promoter will share the winners’ personal details with the Premier League, for the purposes of providing the Prizes.
3. Promotional Period:The Promotional period will run from 00:00 BST+01:00 on the 11/08/2023 and will finish on 11:59 BST+01:00 on the 19/05/2024. These dates are in line with the Premier League Match Days during the 2023-24 season.
4. Prizes:
   1. The Prize consists of:
      
      • Each month from August 2023 until May 2024, the Participant who has won the most points that month on the PerfectDraft Fantasy League will win 2 tickets to see a Premier League match during the 2023-24 season AND £35 in Beer Tokens which will be credited on his PerfectDraft account within 14 days. (10 Winners in Total)
      • In the middle of the season, the Participant with the most points on the PerfectDraft Fantasy League on 31st December 2023 gets 2 King Of the Day and Hospitality Ticket for a Premier League match in the 2023-24 season. 
      • At the end of the 2023-24 season, 
        • The Participant with the most total points on the PerfectDraft Fantasy League will get 2 King of the Day Hospitality tickets for the 2024-25 season, a PerfectDraft Pro machine and 3 kegs of our choice. 
        • The Participant with the 2nd most points on the PerfectDraft Fantasy League will get 2 General Admission tickets for a match in the 2024-25 Premier League season, a PerfectDraft Pro machine and 3 kegs of our choice. 
        • The third placed Participant will get a PerfectDraft Pro Machine and 3 kegs of our choice.
   2. Each Winner will win tickets for them and a guest. Any guests attending with the winner must also be over 18 years of age and may be subject to age verification.
   3. Unless specified, the tickets will be General Admission tickets.
   4. The prize does not include travel or accommodation. See further Prize details and conditions under clause 7.
   5. There will be only one Prize per person during the all duration of the Promotion. If, for example, one Participant gets the most points on the PerfectDraft Fantasy League in August 2023, he won’t be entitled to any further Prize during the Promotion, no matter if he gets the most points in the following month. The only exception is for the ‘half-way’ winner and the end of season winner. They are able to have already won a monthly prize during the season.
   6. A player cannot earn more than one monthly prize throughout the season.
   7. The Prize is as stated, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
   8. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the Winner.
5. Winner announcement/ Prize claim:
   1. There will be 14 Winners in total (10 monthly, 1 at the half-way point, and 3 at the end of the season).
   2. The Winners of the Prizes will be determined by the Promoter depending on the number of points gained in the PerfectDraft Fantasy Premier League. The Participant with the highest score shall win the Prize without any draw needed.
   3. The prizes will work on a calendar month basis. The first month period will run from 11th August 2023 to 31st August 2023, but all following months will run on a full calendar month basis, for example 1st September to 30th September. The first winner will be contacted within one (1) week of the end date via the PerfectDraft App and an email to confirm the prize.  All winners will be contacted within one (1) week of the end date of the calendar month. 
   4. Beer tokens will be credited within 2 weeks of claiming the monthly prize.
   5. The PerfectDraft machine and/or the kegs will be sent within 3 weeks from the date the Winner accepts the Prize to the address provided by the Winner when creating his account with PerfectDraft.
   6. The winner must have the PerfectDraft App and their notifications turned on in order to receive the news that they have won. The winner will receive a push notification that they have won, and the announcement will also be made in the PerfectDraft Blog inside the App. The Blog will only state the name of your Fantasy League team.
   7. The winner will also receive an email to the email that they signed up with initially, which the Winner will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize within 5 working days of receiving the email. They must respond to the email saying ‘I confirm receipt of this prize’. In the event that a winner does not respond within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a Winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
   8. If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner as described above.
6. Privacy and Data Protection:  
   
   1. Personal data received in the course of the Promotion will be used in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://perfectdraft.com/uk/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the Promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.
   2. By entering the Promotion, you consent that, should you be the winner, the Promoter or any of its affiliates can publish your name, town of residence and face and/or likeness in any sites administered by the Promoter or any of its affiliates. Winner may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
   3. The Promoter will share the winners’ personal details with the Premier League, for the purposes of providing the Prizes.
   4. Personal data provided on the Fantasy Premier League website will be subject to their own Privacy Policy available on their site : https://fantasy.premierleague.com/
7. Further Prize Details and Conditions::
   1. The tickets will only be valid for the matches selected by the Promoter; no alternatives will be available.
   2. The tickets for monthly winners will be General Admission tickets at the Home end of the match. These will be 2 tickets next to each other in the stand. The tickets for the half-way winner and end of season winner will include a King of The Day Experience and Hospitality package. Full details of these packages will depend on the match availability and will be shared with the winner 2 weeks ahead of the match-day. 
   3. If the winner cancels a booking or cannot make the date of the match, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
   4. The prize does not include travel (hotel nor transport) to the game for the winner and a chosen guest.
   5. The prize will aim to match the tickets to the winner’s preferred team, but this may not always be possible and the tickets are subject to availability. This is the same for General Admission tickets as well as the King of the Day and Hospitality tickets. Winners are not able to choose the specific match that they want to attend. 
   6. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include : Food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
   7. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. Guests of the winner must also be over 18 years old. The promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner & the winner’s guest, including but not limited to confirming that the winner & the winner’s guest are over 18 years of age. The Promoter also reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
   8. The Prize will be sent to the email address provided by the winner promptly following receipt of the winner’s acceptance email. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize which is unable to be delivered for whatever reason. The tickets for the Premier League games will not be available until at least 2 weeks before the match is going to take place. The tickets are nominative. 
   9. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their first initial, surname and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the first initial, surname and county of residence of the winners. The winners may object to their surname and county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter via our contact us form. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
8. General:
   1. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. The tickets are nominative and cannot be sold by the Winner nor his/her guest. The Promoter reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the Prize (or any element of it) become unavailable for any reason.
   2. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of the Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the Winner, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required or refuse to award a prize or to withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse participation in the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or has won using fraudulent means.
   4. By entering the Promotion, you agree to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of the Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
   5. Participation must be made directly by the individual participating in the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible claims together with claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will be not be considered.
   6. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
   7. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
   8. In all aspects of this Promotion the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Promotion.
   9. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
