FRÜH Kölsch is brewed according to the original recipe of the founder Peter Josef Früh, following the German Beer Purity Law of 1516. It is topfermented, crisp and refreshing with a dry hop finish and a light golden colour. FRÜH Kölsch has been awarded the world‘s toughest beer seal to obtain - the “Slow Brewing“ seal - and produces one of the best Kölsch beers in the world.
