Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any point, for free, by simply getting in touch with one of our customer service agents. We are looking to make this process easier for REFILL+ customers at the moment.
What about beer tokens?
Customers will earn beer tokens for each month of their REFILL+ subscription, but cannot use beer tokens towards REFILL+ products as orders recur automatically. We're currently looking at how beer tokens can be used towards the subscription or redeemed for other exclusive rewards.
What if I want to change my subscription?
Customers can change their subscription free of charge by contacting a customer service agent. You'll be able to switch one, two or three of the kegs you receive next month.
Are there any other fees?
There are no hidden fees! Simply sign up once, and each month you'll be billed the amount stated for your chosen pack, and have your kegs delivered straight to you!
What if my kegs are out of stock?
We aim to ensure that 100% of our subscribers kegs are available for their order. In the very unlikely event that this is not the case, we will always ensure that we let you know in advance and give you the option to cancel or change your subscription
What if I change my address?
No problem! Just get in touch with our customer service team and we can update this information for you. We are looking to make this process easier for REFILL+ customers at the moment.
