How do I cancel?Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any point, for free, by simply getting in touch with one of our customer service agents. We are looking to make this process easier for REFILL+ customers at the moment

What about beer tokens?Customers will earn beer tokens for each month of their REFILL+ subscription, but cannot use beer tokens towards REFILL+ products

Are there any other fees?There are no hidden fees! Simply sign up once, and each month you'll be billed the amount stated for your chosen pack, and have your kegs delivered straight to you!

What if my kegs are out of stock?We aim to ensure that 100% of our subscribers kegs are available for their order. In the very unlikely occasion that this is not the case, we will always ensure that we let you know 1 month in advance and give you the option to cancel or change your subscription.

What if I change my address?No problem! Just get in touch with our customer service team and we can update this information for you. We are looking to make this process easier for REFILL+ customers at the moment.

How will the early access to new kegs work?24h before we launch a keg for the first time on PerfectDraft at Beer Hawk, we'll send all of our REFILL+ customers a discount code and a link to the product. This will show you the new keg, and allow you to purchase it at the standard price. Purchases will be limited to one keg per subscription. This discount code will not be able to be used by non-subscribers. To be guaranteed early access, customers must subscribe at least 7 days before the keg is launched.
