How does a PerfectDraft beer tap work?
The PerfectDraft machine is designed to be both simple and efficient. Developed in partnership between Philips and InBev, it uses a pressurised 6L keg to serve cold, perfectly poured draught beers at home.
Once plugged into a power outlet, the system continuously keeps your beer chilled — just like a refrigerator — with no need for CO₂ cartridges, since the kegs are already pressurised. This makes it far easier and safer to use compared to traditional beer dispensers.
A keg at room temperature (around 20°C) takes about 15 hours to reach the ideal serving temperature. Once installed, it stays fresh for up to 30 days. Each 6L keg pours roughly 30 glasses of beer, ensuring you always have enough to share.
