Beer is water, hops, barley and yeast. Sure, there’s the occasional addition of corn, rice, wheat or oats. Maybe, even a dash of fruit. But beer is also a culture and a community. And that is nowhere more apparent than among those of you who cool down a keg in your PerfectDraft machines and share it with friends and family.
Issue two of The Taproom celebrates the culture that swirls around beer. We visit beaches and breweries in Australia, the home of Modelo in Mexico and a community shop in Dunfermline, as well as heading to one of the most important places for beer on the planet: Burton upon Trent. We also have a peek into the homes of those who put PerfectDraft in pride of place.
These stories are about beer, and they’re not about beer.
Cheers,
